Todd joined DSP in January 2021 and has more than eight years of experience in client development and recruitment for biopharmaceutical, non-profit, and medical device companies. His clientele has ranged from non-profit and academic organizations to innovative biopharma companies spanning from start-ups to some of the largest life sciences companies in the world.
 
Todd has conducted searches across a spectrum of needs in the industry, including HR, R&D leadership, Operations, Business Development, Regulatory, and C-level hires. Todd has particularly deep experience in the Quality, CMC, Technical Operations, and Program/Alliance Management spaces, and his efforts have led to more than 250 overall placements. Todd's strong understanding of the industries he has served, along with his attention to detail and network of industry professionals, has made him a valued partner for his many clients.
 
Prior to joining DSP, Todd spent eight years as a leader at a boutique search agency primarily focused in the Greater Boston area. He also has more than six years of Corporate Sales and Marketing experience, including sponsorship and naming rights for sports, entertainment, and public building properties in the Northeast. 
 
Todd attended Syracuse University with a Broadcast Journalism degree from the S.I. Newhouse School of Communications. He lives in Scarborough, Maine with his wife and son, and enjoys golfing and all things life in Maine.
