In-Depth Candidate Development & Assessment
After a thorough evaluation of the position and candidate requirements, we engage our world-class research team, comprehensive database, and industry access to develop a list of the top qualified potential candidates. Our experienced team of recruiting consultants understand what it takes to engage with those top-level candidates who are not actively seeking new opportunities. Potential candidates are then extensively evaluated through a series of personal interviews from which we generate in-depth reports on the candidate’s qualifications, growth potential, leadership style, and organizational fit. We provide our analysis of the prospective candidate to our client well in advance of scheduling interviews. Frequently, we are able to present finalist candidates within the first few weeks of a search due in large part to our state-of-the-art research capabilities.
Discovery Search Partners assists our clients in managing the interview process by providing valuable feedback from the candidates regarding their level of interest and their expectations for the position. Once a finalist has been selected, we remain involved with both our client and the candidate in order to facilitate the development and negotiation of an offer of employment and successful completion of referencing.
