Stephanie Sampson joins Discovery Search Partners as a Recruiting Consultant bringing 25 years of experience in both corporate and retained executive search. Her focus recently was working in corporate executive search for Quest Diagnostics, a $7 billion life sciences diagnostics company, as well as with global retained executive search firms such as Spencer Stuart, Ken Clark International, and others.

Stephanie’s primary focus has been in the life sciences where her placements have included many corporate functions such as Human Resources, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, Legal, Finance, Research & Development, and Clinical roles. She has made many placements in the medical device and pharmaceutical space, as well as working with CROs earlier in her career. Building strong candidate relationships has been key to her success and her placements range from Senior Directors to the C-Suite level.

Stephanie recently relocated to South Carolina with her husband from their home in New Jersey. She has three grown children and enjoys reading, working out, caring for her two dogs, as well as animal rescue work in her free time. She graduated with honors from Colgate University.
